Parking & Security
Wicksteed Park has 24hr security on hand to assist in the extremely unlikely event that they ever be needed.
Night anglers, in particular, can rest assured knowing that the parks security are there to ensure your safety whilst fishing at the lake. You are to check in with security upon arrival if you are fishing overnight.
Car parking is in the designated area close to the lake. Parking costs are not included in the membership fee as they go to Wicksteed Park itself. Parking costs vary by the season, but we recommend that you purchase an annual parking pass at a reduced price of £30 so that you can come and go from the lake as you please. Don't forget that you can use your pass for family days out to the park too.
